Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an onsite unannounced revisit completed June 21, 2023, Vitas Healthcare Corporation Atlantic had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a complaint investigation completed on May 8, 2023.
